Leila Meskhi Tennis Academy

Leila Meskhi Tennis Academy in Tbilisi – a premier sports complex named after Georgia’s tennis legend. Founded in 1995, the academy is a lasting tribute to Leila Meskhi, the first professional tennis player from Georgia and a bronze medalist at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics in doubles. Her career-high singles ranking was world No. 12, and she captured five WTA singles titles. After retiring, she became president of the Georgian Tennis Federation.
